Ripe wine grapes of the variety "Roditis" are vinified at low temperatures in order to give out a wine with rich aroma bouquet, from which a white grape vinegar, vivid with high acidity is produced. Afterwords mandarin peels with a mixture of spices are dipped in it for a few days so as to achieve the final complex aroma and taste.
RAW MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
- GRAPES: Handpicked grapes of the Greek, white wine variety "Roditis". Average yield per acre: 800 to 1000 kilos with a sugar content of 22-24 brix.
- REGION: "Mamouzia" vineyards, on the slopes of Egialia wine region, in north - west Peloponnese were PDO "Ahaia" wine is produced.
- MANDARINS: Fresh mandarins from the Greek variety of Chios Island.
- SPICE MIXTURE: Selected hole Cloves & allspice, cinnamon sticks.

- COLOR: Light yellow with rose highlights, typical of Roditis variety.
- AROMA: Typical aromas of Chios mandarin, tropical fruits, clove and cinnamon.
- TASTE: Strong sour taste with a hint of spices.
- AFTER TASTE: Aftertaste of citrus liquer and spices.
- INGREDIENTS: 100% wine grape vinegar, mandarin & spices extract.
- CERTIFICATION: Product of organic farming according to reg EU 834/2007, USDA NOP ISO 9001/2008, ISO 22000/2005.
