PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Fully matured, non genetically modified Guava are harvested, quickly transported towards fruit processing plant. Sorted high quality fruits transferred to ripening chambers. Guava Pulp extracted from sorted sound ripened, washed, blanched fruits by mechanical process as crushing, refining (subsequently centrifuged for Without Grit or bypass to decanter for with Grit) to make pulp free from particles, impurities etc. Further thermally processed and aseptically filled to maintain commercial sterility / ensure product safety. Overall processing is by maintaining strictly hygienic conditions throughout the processing line.
The process ensures that the natural organoleptic parameter of the fruit is retained in the final product.

Preservatives: The product is totally natural (As per customer’s requirement adding specified ppm of Ascorbic acid)
Packaging:
ABC White Guava Pulp is available in 215 Kg. ± 1Kg net in Aseptic bag in drums. Aseptic
fruit pulp are filled by US-FDA approved aseptic filler into pre-sterilized bags placed in
LDPE liner in food grade epoxy coated steel drums . The bag is heat sealed and drum
tightly closed to ensure no more free space inside the drum.
Quality Standards:
HACCP, GMP, QMS, QA systems are applied in the manufacturing, storage & other
operations. Product is approved for Kosher.
Storage:
It should be stored at cool & dry place. Drum should not be exposed
to Direct Sunlight for prolonged period of time.
(Preferably storage in between +4 to +20ºC for extended shelf life)
Shelf-life:
12 months from the date of manufacturing when stored at ambient temperature. 18
months when stored in between +4 to +20ºC.
Load ability : 80 drums per 20 feet FCL
Pesticide Residues: It conforms to WHO recommendations & EC directives.
Usages:
ABC WGP is easy to handle and can be used in unlimited applications. Some of
these are:
Bakery: Fruit breads, cakes, tarts, muffins, pie-fillings, icings, donuts, etc.
Beverages: Milkshakes, fruit drinks, nectars etc.
Diary: Ice-creams, fruit bars, milk shakes, yogurts, puddings, toppings, deserts etc.
Baby Food: Cereals, juices, strained fruit, fruit deserts, fruit drinks, etc. ABC WGP
can also be processed into other convenient forms such as spray dried freeze-dried
powders etc.
