1. When can I get the price?    

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your mail so that we will give priority to your inquiry. 

2. What's your Minimum Order Quantity? 

Our MOQ is 1000 PCS. 

3. Can you Provide Free Sample to us? 

Usually, we will collect the samples charges at first. And when ordered, the charges will pay back

4. How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 workdays. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 2-3 days. 

5. What about the lead time for mass production?

Frankly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. 

6. What is your price term? 

We accept FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DDU, DDP etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. 

7. What about your terms of payment?

We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union and othe can be dicussed. As a rule, we ask for a 30% down payment befor production, and the other 70% balance must be paid before shipment.

9. Can the products be printed with our logo?
