Northern part of China is the main producing area,like the provinces of Hebei,Shandong, Shanxi etc. Generally speaking, we collect Ya pear from Hebei and Shandong province, and Su pear from Shanxi province.Ya pear and crown pear are the main varieties, and the main producing areas are Jinzhou,Gangzhou and Botou area of Hebei Province,Yangxin area of Shandong province.We also have golden pear or the other variety of pear from Hebei and Shandong province.Chinese pears are famous for the features of crisp and more juice taste,sweet with a little acid flavor.It is very good fruit for our health.
