ELLu Mittai is known as Sesame Candy in english. it IS FAMOUS candy in India. It IS READY to eat. In north india they call it as sesame Chikki.

Seasame candy is prepared from sesame seeds and jaggery.

It requires only 3-4 ingredients. We prepare Chikki with Roasted sesame seeds. The only difference between Chikki and Urundai (Balls) are Chikki is cut into rectangular shapes and sesame candy is formed as Balls. You can also use sugar instead of jaggery.
