Product Description

The above 8 machines consist of the whole production line for making bamboo chopsticks .

It needs only 4-5 operators and with the capacity of 45,000 pairs chopsticks in 8 hours . Add another Mincing machine, the capacity will be double .

Energy consumption is about 10kw per hour , 380V . (motors can be changed to meet customers electricity demands ) .

Normally , 100 kg fresh bamboo with diameter of above 80mm can produce 3800-3600 pairs of bamboo chopsticks with length of 210mm .

The size of the chopsticks is --length 210-240mm,width 13-14mm,thickness 4.5-5.0mm.

Application:

Toothpick, BBQ stick, incense stick, chopstick etc. This configuration special for chopstick, just change some machine, it can produce toothpick, incense stick etc also.

Scope:

Bamboo and wooden stock(140*6*3.5cm)
