The Señorío de Jaime Rosell olive groves are located in the heart of the Vega Baja, known as the garden of Europe. A verdant place where as well as various crops are large lemon, orange and mandarin orchards which give this area its special personality. The accompanying sap of these fruits and the exchange of the different pollens allow our olives to acquire a citrus quality so special and unique to our oils, as appreciated by expert tasters and enthusiasts who like to try oils which are different and with their own personality.
