Usage:

The Breathe-Easy Mouthpiece’s ready form technology allows you to wear this mouthpiece right out of the package without boil and biting.

1. Simply take the Breathe-Easy Mouthpiece out of the protective case and wash thoroughly using warm water for 2 minutes
2. Try wearing for 30 minutes before bedtime for 3 days for your jaw to adjust
3. Place the Breathe-Easy Mouthpiece in your mouth and adjust to a comfortable position
Please Note:
Do not clench teeth hard on the Breathe-Easy Mouthpiece
Do not cover the Breathe-Easy Mouthpiece with your lips. (Your mouth will naturally stay slightly open with the mouthpiece in)
Do not put your tongue against the holes on the Breathe-Easy Mouthpiece. Ensure all six holes are not blocked
Thoroughly clean the Breathe-Easy Mouthpiece with warm water after use and dry
