1.Warranty and after sale service:

We have 2 years warranty and lifetime maintenance.

Within one year’s , if there is some accessory going wrong, we will send you the accessory at once, free of charge.

a. Within one month, if the machine is of any big fails, we will send you a new machine.

b. Within two year, if you sendback the equipment for repair, we will be responsible for the repair, including the changes of accessories;  both of them are free of charge.

c. After two years, we offer to repair the machine, but we quire for the cost of the changed parts, not for manual cost.

d. No responsibility for man-made destroy.

e. If the buyer has any questions from our technical department, we can supply on-line service.

2.Trainnning:

If you need.together with the machine, detailed user manual and CD will be provided to show how to maintain and operate the machine practically, also, we provide the online education.any question and help from our side,just contact me freely ,we will contact engineer and help you a lot
