Working Theory:

The machine is designed in modules, and once some components work abnormally, it is easy to diagnose, and our service engineer can support you to find out the problematic component. Then we shall send you spare parts to replace.

Even after warranty period, since we are manufacturer, we still provide factory level support, only charging basic cost of spare parts and freight. All technical support and consultant is free.
