Treatment theory:

 

IPL intense pulsed light has a broad wavelength from 420nm to 1200nm. The high energy has a photochemical action on pigmentations, vascular lession and hair follicles. Pigment is shattered and eliminated out of body through metablism. The long wavelength light pass through epidermis layer to the hair follicles in the deep skin layer, destroy follicles and hair shaft, preventing from growing new hair.
