1.How does the one year warranty works?

 The machine has 1 year warranty from the day you sign for it. We will send spare part free of charge when it got problems. And we also provide online technical guide to replace the parts.

2.What's the payment method?

 T/T, L/C, Western Union, MoneyGram

3.How long will take when i receive the machine after i made the payment?

 It usually takes 3-5 working days to producing the machine if don’t have stock, and 3-7 days by sea transport in most cases. If you are  sensitive with time, please confirm with us before the order.

4.Does the shipping cost covers tax?

Duties, taxes and charges happened in the import countries customs are not included in the machineprice or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. But we will try our best to help you save tax
