IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a kind of light with high energy,  broad wavelength, and non-continuity light, Photothermic and photochemical action will be triggered by the radiation of IPL. 1. Effective:Individual pulse energy of normal IPL is not regular, with the energy mainly concentrated on the first pulse.
