Q-switched nd yag laser radiates the light ia absorbed by the pigmentations and results in an instantaneous blast that is light blasting principle The pigmentation particles are shattered into fragments some can be bounced out of the skin and others can be splited into tiny particles that can be engulfed by phagocytes and then eliminated by the lyphatic system.

•Basic theory

Speckle  contains  a  lot   of  pigment,pigment  absorb  lots   of  the  powerful  laser energies,

produce  a  great  number  of  hot in  the  short time,but  the  hot  does not  get out,which can

make the big speckle break up into small active pigment.this small pigment are devoured by 

phagocytic cells,then eduction body outside as metabolism,so that the speckle make lighter 

and lighter up to disappear.

Remove spot and nevus
The speed of flashes could be set 3Hz/5Hz.Keep 3-4 fingers distance between head of handle and treatment area. It is better to use high energy for treatment until treatment area seeps a little blood. It is advised to use 1064 nm head for normal spot and nevus treatment, but for deep color spot and nevus, it is better to use 532nm head for treatment. It should have a 15-30days interval to continue next treatment until remove all.
