What is the lamp life?
E-light A808 handpiece has a counter shows you the total number .Averagely,Lamp life is 40,000 shots,the lamp can emit for more than 100,000 shots ,but after 40,000 shots ,you will find the effect on hair removal will worse,then you have to change to new lamp or the whole handpiece.

When uses hair removal ,do I have ro remove hairs completely before the treatment?
Just shave by 1-2mm of height .If you remove your hairs by waxing epilator ,tweezers,your hair follicle absorb less heat ,and this will lessen the effect .

I can see the hair remained after the HR treatment ?
Several hairs can be remained after the treatment .This will be removed automatically within two weeks because the hair follocle was affected /harmed by IPL.Do not remove the remained hairs by epilator ,tweezers .
