----1. First our machine is very stable and we provide 2 year warranty. It seldom comes problem.

Our price is not high, if have problem, we will lost more for us to provide after sell service, spare parts and DHL cost are free for customers. As a factory, it is not good to develop. So each machine is testing well before delivery.

---2. If problem comes in warranty period (2 year), you can call us at any time and advice us the situation.

our engineer will diagnose the problem soon, then send the spare parts to you by Express DHL or TNT for free. Now International Express is very popular and very fast, only need 2-3 days (South-East Asia only one day)

Note: The sapre parts are not smaller one, it is big ones, for example if your handle have problem, we will send you a new treatment head. So it is easy for you to change, and we also provide file and vedio after we send the spare parts, to show you how to change it.
