1. How it works-- Digital ipl with ce :

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) adopts the principle that substance absorbs light selectively. As different target tissues absorbs pulsed light with different spectrum and the light acts on pigment. How it works

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a kind of light with high energy and broad wavelength, within the range

from 420nm to 1200nm. Intense Pulsed Light with broad spectrum affects pigmentations, vascular
