6, What can I do if the machine have any malfunction during operation? 

Please don’t worry, we offer 3 years warranty. Please send us photos or video of machine’s problem. We have a professional after-sale service team which can contact you immediately, and solve problem within 1-3 days. For details, please feel free to contact with us.

7, If the machines broken during shipping, how to do?

We remind the courier to take care of our machines. And generally there will be transport insurance in the shipment, once there is any damage during transportation, Winkonlaser will help you to solve the claims with the insurance companies to collect your money back in time.
