Working principles:

 

IPL:
The Intense pulsed light (IPL) is a type of intensive, broadband, coherent light source which has a wavelength spectrum of 420 nm -1200 nm. The light-based component delivers optical energy that is absorbed by specific chromophores in the skin, which is converted to heat, according to the principle of selective photothermolysis. So IPL’s light affects pigmentations, broken capillaries and hair follicles. In the meanwhile, IPL also give a boost to collagen production, which can make the skin more youthful, radiant and bright and remove fine wrinkles.

EPL
EPL(IPL+RF) Both of IPL and RF are complementary penetration of depth in skin but with these special properties, a wide application in non-ablative therapies based on theory of human skin tissue's selective absorption and photothermolysis of light sources. RF Bi-polar/Mono-polar
