IPL Instruction
When IPL irradiates the skin, light energy with particular wavelength will be selectively absorbed by melanin
of hair follicles .When the heated temperature of follicles reaches high enough their structures will be
damaged irreversibly, finally to achieve the effect of removing the unwanted hair.
2.IPL can permeate the epidermis to the derma and take effect on the exceptional pigment and vessel such target tissue to break the abnormal pigment cells, close the abnormal blood vessels, stimulate the proliferation of collagen and improve the rearrangement of elastic fiber, finally achieving the purpose of pigment removal and skin rejuvenation
How does it works?
IPL treatment is effective based on its selective absorbability. When the intense pulsed light penetrates the epidermis, the energy of light will be greatly absorbed by the pigments in epidermis. High energy and dark color skin will be with high risk in treatment. Moreover, majority of the heat is reflected andrefracted at the same time, only 30% to 40% of energy is utilizable. Therefore, it needs to increase the energy for a better treatment result. However, majority heat is absorbed by the pigments inepidermis, which directly block to use high energy for treatment, so that affects the single treatment result.
