1. Can the IPL hair removal home use device be used on the face, head or neck?

Recommend for non~facial sites treatment and below the neck: on the legs, underarms, bikini line, back, chest, stomach, arms, hands, or feet. It has not yet been cleared in the U.S. for use on the face,

2. When will I begin seeing results?
