Why 808nm diode laser is better than IPL?

How long will it take?

The length of time will depend on the area being treated, the density of hair, and thickness of the hair. The laser system is more precise which tastes 1-3 zaps per area. It tastes approximately 30 minutes per armpit in on session.

How many treatments will I need?

Although one laser hair removal session can produce long lasting results, to obtain optimal results, multiple sessions are necessary. This is primarily due to the fact that your hair growths in cycles of 3 phases; anagen, catagen, telogen.

Anagen Phase: Active growth phase of hair.

Catagen Phase: Hair regression or falling out phase of hair, depending on the area, this phase usually lasts a few weeks.

Telogen Phase: Resting phase of hair, depending on the area, this phase usually lasts between a few weeks to couple months.
