Q2: Traning&Delivery

 A: User manual and the  video will be offered once order confirmed. Shipment will be arranged within 5-7 working days after payment confirmed.

Q3: How many days it will take to ship to me?

 A: Usually, it takes about DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/EMS by 3-7 working days delivering goods to your country by door to door service. It takes about 5-9 working days by air transport while customer has to pick up the goods at the destination airport. Tracking No./ Bill of  Lading will be available in the next 1-2 days after shipment.

Q4: How much tax I have to pay if we import the machine from China?

A: Different countries’ customs will charge different duty tax. Please do consult your local department to check the duty before place the order.
