The widely optional pulse duration (1-400ms) of 808nm diode laser system can produce thermal damage in hair matrix stem cells and ensure follicular destruction. In order to minimize the uncomfortable of thermal damage to surrounding skin cells, an efficient skin-cooling system (Sapphire surface contact cooling tip) is used to chill the skin during treatment period. Therefore, 808nm diode laser has better effectiveness for hair removal in patients with dark skin.

1. Does it Comfortable or safe?

2. Is it suitable for everyone?
At CALM LASER Center we customize the treatment to exactly match your hair and skin type. The ideal skin type for laser is anywhere from a skin type 1-3 as well as some people that fit into the skin type 4 category. In order for the laser to work the hair must have pigment. Laser does not work on blonde or fine hair.

3. How many treatments will I need?

4. What results can I expect?
