All hot food display cabinet features durable stainless steel 304 double wall constructions, for even heat transfer, safety and easy cleaning. There is an adjustable temperature control and thermometer on the hot food display that comes with a warming lamp for top heat. The hot food display supplies heat from the bottom with a dry-fire protection heating tube through water as medium. The hot food display sits flat on a countertop, table or equipment stand, it includes adjustable legs.
