1. What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2. Can I get sample ?

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But some samples charge for custom designs.

Anyway sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3.How long is the sample LEAD TIME?

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free.

If you want your own designs, it takes 3-7 days

4. How long is the production time?

It takes 3-15 days for order 's difference.

5. What format of the files you need if I want my own design with your products

We have our own professional designers. So you can provide CAD,JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We follow the rest.

Payment

We are receive Western Union, T/T bank transfer and Paypal.30% as deposit and balance before shipment

Shipment

Small order by DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS or EMS, Hong Kong Post etc.
