    A: Our price is based on EXW. Good quantity with better price.

2. Q: How’s your quality?

    A: We are a manufacturer and trading combo for almost 10 years. Our QC team can control the led lighting in good condition in the processing of producing and before ship out.

3. Q: What’s your MOQ?

    A: MOQ: 1 CTN (6PCS), Sample 1PC is acceptable.

4. Q: What kind of payment terms you recommend?

    A: Firm order has T/T, Western Union options, PayPal is acceptable for other situation. Small order requires full payment in advance and big order can pay 30% T/T deposit.

5. Q: What is your delivery time?

    A: Production time: <200PCS take 1-3 days, >500PCS take 5-7 days, >2000PCS 10-15 days.

6. Q: How my led light bars (led work lamps) arrive my place?

    A: Order will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, Air, Sea or your Chinese forwarding.

7. Q: What if some defects in my order during the shipping or after I sold them?

    A: Please take some pictures of them to us, our service team will confirm it with you asap. If the led light bars (led work lights) are damaged by non man-made, the replacements will be ship out with your next order.
