Q1: What’s the MOQ?

A1: One set of spa is acceptable in our factory.

Q2: Is there a warranty?

A2: Yes, there is five years for structure, two years for electrics.

Q3: What’s the order procedure?

A3: In general, 30% T/T deposit should be paid before we make production, and the rest balance can be made before shipment. Except special case.

Q4: Hong long does it take delivery of the product?

A4: We can deliver the product in 10 workdays after we confirm the deposit.
