Returning For Replacement or Refund

So, when you receive your dress, the first thing is make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications.

Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If it's different from the specification you ordered because of our fault, we accept your return and exchange.
