1)      If you are interested in our dress , you can send us an inquiry with all the information you want to know by the input box as below ,or you can also contact our salesman on our webpage by Trade Manager,

2)      We will give you prompt reply when we receive your inquiry. Usually we reply by email ,so pls keep your eyes on your mailbox , and pls kindly reply our email if you receive it, or we will resend again, hope you can understand.

3)      Once we confirm all the details like color ,size ,quantity etc, we will start to process the dress as soon as payment confirmation.

4)      We will send you the photo after the dress is finished for you to confirm ,and then send the package to you, and give you the Tracking Number.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. 

Return Process

1) Please kindly contact our sales within 7days after your received dresses. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return.

2) Once our company has approved your request, please send the item and deliver by cheapest shipping way.

3) Your return will be processed in 1 to 3 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected.
