The electrode system of ZJ-12 (DL-7) super high vacuum ionization gauge (usually called B-A gauge) has the features of compact design, simple structure, small volume, low power consumption, easy for exhaust, stable and reliable measuring, wide measuring range, etc;
Structure Type: adopts DM-30 glass cover (connection size is φ19+-0.2mm) or glass-metal sealing; the other type adopts DN35C flange (naked gauge).
Major Technical specifications:
1. Measuring Range: 1*10-15*10-8Pa.
2. Operation Parameters:
Above Earth Potential of Accelerating Electrode: 200 V
Above Earth Potential of Cathode: 50 V
Above Earth Potential of Collecting Electrode: 0 V
Emission Current: 4*10-4A, 4*10-3A
3. Gauge Constant: 7.5 *10-2Pa-1 +- 20%
4. Electron Bombardment Exhaust: Max Power to be 30 W
5. Roast Temperature: 400 (Max.)
Note:
1. Check vacuum degree to be no less than 5*10-2Pa before unsealing.
2. Install as vertical as it can.
3. Keep in vacuum condition for long time unuse of the naked gauge to avoid electrode from oxidation.
4. Vacuum degree should be higher than 1*10-3Pa in case of gauge exhaust.
For better ultimate vacuum degree, the gauge must be roasted together with the system.
The electrode system of ZJ-32 super-high vacuum naked gauge (usually called B-A gauge) is sealed with metal-porcelain and connected to the system by standard DN35CF flange.
Major Technical Specifications:
1. Measuring Range: 1*10-1- 1*10-7Pa
2. Gauge Constant: 7.5 *10-2Pa-1+-20%
3. X Ray: 1.6 *10-8 Pa (Na)
4. Gauge Exhaust Power: 8 V, 6 A (I2R)
5. Roast Temperature: 400 oC
Operation Parameters:
1. Voltage over Ground of Accelerating Electrode: 200 V
2. Voltage over Ground of Filament: 50 V
3. Voltage over Ground of Collecting Electrode: 0 V
4. Emission Current: 1*10-3 A
Cautions for Operation:
1. Stop operation if the system vacuum degree is less than 10-1Pa.
2. Exhaust only when the system vacuum degree is higher than10-4Pa.
3. For higher ultimate vacuum degree, roast the gauge together with the system.
4. The instrument cover and the metal vacuum system should be grounded together.
