It, utilizing YJ1600 advanced magnetron as the microwave generator, all programmable electronic controlling circuits and a complete microwave transmitting system with a circulator, short dummy lord, electric driving tuner for auto reflecting wave control and high voltage break or ARC interlock protection, makes it as a new generation of up-to-date power source for microwave plasma systems and other applications. It can operate in continuous and pulse modes with easy programmable button. It has enough interfaces to be connected with any other processing equipment to fulfill automatically processing control. ( all the hardware system can be located where as customer like, while a small control box with microprocessor can be placed far away with all cable connection according to user' convenience).
1. Features
Close-loop adjustment system ensures the stable microwave output in the case of the variation of the main power supply , load and temperature of the magnetron.
The output power can be continuously adjusted manually or by means of programming, even by computer connected by the interface.
Through 8 terminals, 8 input signals (on/off signals) indicating the status of other complementary equipment or microwave processing objects can be fed in to control on or off of microwave oven and to adjust the output power as well as to switch on or off 6 connected equipments.
6 programmable switches can control the operation of 6 equipments according to their program separately.
The recirculation mode enables the cyclic operation and auto processing of the connected equipment or feeding out interval signals.
The built-in high power isolator enables the microwave oven suitable for high VSWR load.
The motorized tuner and the reflected power monitoring circuit enable direct tuning of the match conditions.
The dynamic power control circuit of the filament enables longer service life of the magnetron by adjusting the power supply of the filament automatically during operation.
The auto monitoring interlock circuit enables reliable operation by protecting and displaying the states of the main power, cooling water, magnetron, waveguide system, etc.

3. Programming mode
1). The program runs in segment. Each segments can, at the same time or separately, control the output power, or switch on/off the connected equipment, or switch on/off the high anode voltage.
2). Time selection in each segment:
a. Controlled by timing: 0.1s - 99min 99s
b. Controlled by input status signal: till the set conditions be met
3). Segment numbers: <=90, recirculation is possible, which can be ended either manually or by the internal timing circuit. The preset counting number ranged from 0 to 99999.
