Manipulations

Hold the handle of the three-edged needle with the thumb and the index finger of the right hand, the middle finger supporting against the lower shaft of the needle with 0.1-0.2 cun of the tip exposed. On pricking, the left hand holds the finger, the toe, or pinches, stretches the skin of the selected point. There are four commonly applied methods.
