UV Panel

Setting UV Board adopt the E1 grade mdf /plywood /flake board as the base material ,Painting pu paint on one side then coating 4-5 uv lacquer to ensure the board plumpy and shinning in color ,enhance the Physical and chemical properties

Like :Scratch -resistance ,corrsion -resistance ,no-color fading ,wate -proof ,easy to cleaning Etc .

Note :In most situation the back of the board is white melamine paper ,If you need the sadouble side same color we can also provude with diffierent price .

Wood Grain UV Panel

Setting wood grain uv board adopt the e1 /e2 grade mdf/plywood as the base material ,Two side adhesive   the same color wood  grain melamine paper ,Then coating 4-5 times uv lacquer through our automatic uv coating line .So the finished products are high gloss ,plumpy in color ,excellent physical and chemical properies.

PETG Panel

Setting petg panel adopt the imported petg film combine with the E1 grade mdf /plywood /flake board .Processing through our nun-dust -pressing plant .

The finished products are eco-friendly  ,high glossy ,scratch resistance and excellent in other physical and chemical properies.

PVC Panel

Not only pressing the pvc film on the mdf/plywood /flake board ,But also coating the uv lacquer on the suface ,This is our pvc board advantage .So the surface uv coating enhance the physical and chemical properies in utmost ,Like :fading  ,hardness ,scratch -resistance ,crossion resistance and so on .
