Raw material(Eucalyptus)--- wood pole (plane off the burrs to suitable diameter)----semi-finished handles -- Dry the handles( under the sun )--- steam the handle( soften the wood fiber, easy to press straight, never rebend again) ---- make handle straight in the gag press machine (use long press gag press guarantee the straightness )--- cut double ends of the handle ( cut to suitable length)----making screw on one end--- PVC coated handles (100 designs for you to choose ) --- Shrink the PVC film(shrink the PVC film well by water vapor)---- match the cap and nail the cap well ---- packing (according to customers request to pack)—load into container

Q: How to get a sample?

A: For old customers, we can provide samples free and customer only  need pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge 50% higher then the unit price as sample fee and customers need to pay express frieght also.

Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?

A: For those customers, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will sebd the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an express accountm we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you

can pay the freight charge driectly to our company accoount. Then we will delivery the  samples by prepaid.

Q: How to pay sample charges?

A: You can pay to our company account, When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the sample for you. The perpare time for sample will be 2-7days.

Q: What is yout terms of payment?

A: Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment

and the balance paid before delivery.
