Virgin coconut oil process

SS800 is the first step in the separation of coconut oil project, When the solid content of about 30% of coconut oil into SS800, ss800 can be achieved after the separation of solids content of about 0.5%,then Liquid entering the disk centrifuge or tubular centrifuge , Fine separation.

The machine can be used suitably for filtering solid granular suspension, and also for dehydration suspension, and also for dehydration of fiber material and textile after printing dyeing and washing ,Feeding material from tip ,through trigonal belt of special2-speed motor ensures low speed starting and high speed separation, enabling the drum to set up centrifugal fore field. The liquid through solid phase and screen mesh can be drained off from liquid outlet in the bottom .The solid phase can be chained off from the tip after the machine stops.

6.There are 3 working modes for customers to choose according of different materials.They are continuous separation,interval separation,and onetime separation.The clarified liquid can be drained off from skimming tube or liquid baffle.

7.The separation factor is very high and the production capacity is great.

8.Adopting centrifugal clutch can make the drum start slowly and avoid overload.

9.The cover of drum and drum are designed into 2 bodies.Due to the novel and advanced structure,it is convenient for wiping out the solid material making washing in all directions come true which accords with the GMP standard.
