In most cases, Hammer crusher is used as clinker crusher and placed at the end of cooler for crushing cooling clinker. Clinker crusher, consist of crusher body, rotor, adjustable crushing plate and gearing, is one of main parts of grate cooler. The hinge pin on the upper cover of crusher body can be opened, so it is convenient to replace crusher hammers.  Crushing plate can be adjusted to adjust the distance between hammer brink and crushing plate and control the output size. As we all know, the service life of cement clinker crusher hammer plays a very important role in enterprise production cost.
