Crushing Plant Scheme:

This production line is definitely kind of large-scale stone crushing plant with capacity 80-120tph. Jaw crusher PE1000*1200 with capacity 20-700 tph is used as primary crushing equipment. There are several other models for higher capacity jaw crusher. What’s more, you can also choose our new European Jaw Crusher. Secondary crushing equipment adopts two symons cone crushers CS 5 1/2 coarse or medium whose capacity is 60-520tph. Two vibrating screens are installed after symons cone crushers.

Production capacity from 250t/h - 300t/h for medium hard rocks, stones, minerals

There are also other design solutions for big capacity production line. Apart from jaw crusher, cone crusher, you can also use impact crusher and VSI crusher.
