Q: How do I request for a quotation?

A: Contact us simply by click on the "Contact Supplier" or "Send inquiry" button to reach us for a quotation. For quotation inquiry, remember to let us know the exact model, required function, quantity etc.

Q: What is the warranty of your product？

A: One year warranty, however, we will offer life after sale service to our customer.

Q: Can I get a sample from you?

A: Yes, we provide samples at request. You will need to pay for the sample cost and the delivery cost.

Q: Can I have my logo printed on the products and packing?

A: Yes, OEM are welcom.

Q: What would the delivery time be?

A: Normally within 3 days after get payment for sample. For formal order, lead time would be different according to different quantity.
