INCINERATED STEEL SCRAP (ISS)

The material comes from council waste incinerators. The steel is separated by magnets, then tumbled to remove impurities. Material is also washed .

After receiving this material we further process and clean it.

 

Since the material is washed , oxidisation occurs hence there will be surface rust.

Unlike other suppliers, we implement further cleaning process.

 

APPROXIMATE PARTICLE SIZES:

0.0        to 5 cm = 5%

5 cm to 40 cm = 95%

 

Fe Content is 98%, Recovery rate is around 90%

 

MATERIAL: Incinerated Steel Scrap (ISS)

IMPURITIES: UPTO 2% ( mainly ash and slag)
