General Questions

How quickly can you send me a sample first-off?

We can give the sample first-off within and not beyond 28 days of the deposit

What is your MOQ ?

Our minimum order quantity for varsity apparel is 60. For t-shirts, it is 100 pieces of variation of sizes.

Samples

Can I see pre-existing samples of your varsity products?

Yes, we can give you a sample product from our previous work. But, we may ask you to pay for the shipping.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

Custom Varsity Jackets only accepts international bank transfer.

What are your Terms of Payment?

We require all customers to pay 70% of their order's total cost. This will be charged before the actual production. The 30% balance will be paid before shipping the finished products.

Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Our customers are all around the world.

Which means of shipping do you use?

Custom Varsity Jackets can deliver orders through FedEx, UPS or DHL. We can also arrange shipments via air-cargo and sea freight.

Claim & Return of Goods

What if a one or a few garments need to be replaced?

We will replace the garment within 12 days. Take note, the shipping time is not included in the 12 days.

What if I'm unsatisfied of the products when my order arrives?

If you are unsatisfied with our products, we will promptly entertain your concern. We will ask you to send as a claim after receiving the order. Keep in mind that the claim should be made in 10 days. For manufacturing errors, we will require customers to send an image of the defective product/s. Once proven we made an error, we will not only cover the shipping but we will also reproduce the order without charging you.

1.  Artwork & Design

Our designers can help with the designing of your project. They will closely work with you to ensure the development of the design is up to par to requirements. If you already have a finalized design, we will ask you to email us atskype:Christine97542

2. Order Confirmation

We will send you a completed form which includes all information about the order. If you agree to the design and costs, we will need you to sign and send the form to us through email.

3. Production Deposit

Once the order is confirmed and finalized, we will ask you to make a deposit of 60% from the agreed total costs. The remaining balance will be paid before we ship the items.

4.  First Off Preview

We will provide sample preview of the order via emails. For our previous work, we can ship them to your location. However, we will need you to pay for the shipment.

 5.  Production

When the deposit has been made, we will immediately start with the production. The completion will be within and not beyond 55 days.

6.  Shipping

The final stage of the order process is shipping the goods to your location. At Custom Varsity Jackets, we can deliver them via UPS, FedEx and even DHL. If time is of the essence, we can also arrange your goods to be delivered by air cargo or sea freight.
