1 Product Presentation

TND/TNS series automatic AC voltage regulator is composed of the contact voltage regulator and automatic control circuit. The voltage signals are sampled and amplified to control the servo motor to drive the rotating arm and the electric brush to rotate in the desired direction so that the output voltage can be adjusted to the rated value to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the voltage. Performance indicators fully meet the Q/ZT 78 standard.

The voltage stabilizer has the advantages of beautiful appearance, small size, light weight, low power consumption, complete protection function, stable and reliable, and low output waveform distortion. Can be widely used in industrial production, scientific research, medical and health, household appliances, such as power grid voltage fluctuations or large power grid voltage seasonal changes in the region, can provide high-quality power supply to any load.

4 Structural Characteristics

The output capacity of the product is   closely related to the input voltage. The output capacity curve is shown in   Figure(1).

When the input phase voltage is lower   than 198V (three phase line voltage 342V) the rated output capacity of the   product will be reduced;

When the output voltage is selected   as 110V the output capacity is only 50% of the nominal capacity;

5 Ordering Instructions

For your safety, please read the following selection requirements and precautions when ordering:

5.1 this series of three-phase product input and output for three-phase four wire system connection, so the use must be used to meet the zero line;

5.2 three-phase stabilized voltage power supply in single-phase application or three-phase applications, each phase output maximum capacity of 1/3 of the nominal capacity of the machine.

5.4 when the input voltage is lower than 198V, the output capacity of the regulator has declined, so to reduce the load drop to avoid overload, the specific characteristics of figure(1);

When using the 220V output or the use of the same time, the maximum total output current shall not exceed the rated output current, using the maximum capacity of 110V output is only half of the rated capacity;

When the input voltage is lower than 198V, it should be used in reference to figure (1) curve, so as to avoid overload.
