3.What shall we do, if we need put logo on the caps?

Just send the logo to us, and inform us right color on the pantone, then job would be easily finished.

4.Price is a sensitive issue and how do you comment on your price level?

Comparing with competitors, our product lines belong to middle level prices in high quality.


5.How do you control your quality?

We have professional QC Staffs, and there are 4 processes we focus our attention on.

A: Checking the bulk fabrics’ quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light etc

B: Checking the logos’ production, such as thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc

C: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachment etc.

D: Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing, but before packing


6.What is your opinion for small orders?

We can accept the min order quantity is 50pcs per color per design, except for some items have the min quantity limitation
