Q1. What is your MOQ?
A: Just 100 pcs as your design.

Q 2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How

can I place a sample order?

A: Certainly you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.

Q3: How soon can I get a sample made?

A : For simple design sample, it generally takes about 4-7 working days to get samples made. While it will take a longer time for complicated design, digital print fabric, embossed logo, for example.

Q4.What is your mass production time?
A: As 100 pcs it will take about 7-15 days after sample confirmed.
As 200-500 it need 20-25 days
As 1000-5000,it need 40-50 days

Q5.What is your Payment term?
A: It can be 50% deposit, then balance after confirming the samples.

Q6.What is your payment way?
A: For small quantity of 100-500pcs,You can pay by PAYPAL,T/T, Western Union.
For big quantity, we can accept T/T,L/C.

Q7.How to send you order?
A: You need to send us hat Mockup, Logo artwork, material request, so that we can make according to it.

Q8:.How to delivery goods to us?
A: we usually send by DHL, FedEx, UPS.
