For wax casting we can do with different material: Ductil Iron or Special steel, such as 42CrMo, 35CrMo etc.

The technic is Wax Shooting,Shell Making,Shell Dring,Dewaxing,Casting.

Our Services

We have two different technic for different product, investment casting and normal sand casting. these two technics for any material are all ok.

We have quality control center, to insure the quality, include Measuring & Weighing; Rapid Analysis Befor Pouring; Sand Testing Equipment;Brinell and ARockwell Hardness tester; Metallographic Anlyzer. all of thic can control the quality since the Casting water till to finish the first sample.

Machining:

We have CNC and NC machine to insure the machining quality.
