Application

 

The machine is a double press automatic rotation for shape-pressing equipment ,which have the function of pressing the grains material to be round or irregular of the pharmaceutical ,Chemical, Foodstuff, Plastic ,Electronic powder ,metallurgy and so on

It can press normal and various abnormity tablet (include double printed )

1. The material contact parts is made of stainless steel ,the surface of turntable deal with polished to prevent cross pollution which meet the GMP requirement
2. It is equipped with Plexi-glass perspective window for tablet producing observation .Each perspective window could be fully open and easy for cleaning and maintenance
3. Driving system is equipped with oil box and running under oil ,easy for heat dissipation and durable ,non-pollution
4. It adopts import frequency timing with electro magnetism clutch
5. With the over-loading protection
6. It is equipped with dust collector as well ,which avoid the dust emission and recycle to save the dust .
