Specifications of modular housing:

1) Container house has the international standard size 20ft HQ and 40ft HQ.
2) There are 7 types of wall panels for our container house and the inside finish can be steel sheet, aluminum sheet; MDF.
3) Roof, flooring and electricity system are all prefabricated before leaving factory.
4) The steel structure help the house resisting heavy winds of 210km/h and 8 grade earthquake.
5) 1-3 stories design can provide according to the customer's request.
6) The waterproof system on the roof makes the house a good sealing effect.

Our containerized structures are more than just a kit of panels and parts. Our buildings are substantially complete on delivery, including preinstalled cabinetry and fixtures. We preassemble our products at the factory, and then fold them up into a shipping container for delivery. On site they are unloaded, unfolded and finished in as little as seven days.

FAQ
How to buy your idea products?
A: You can provide us your drawing, and we will produce as your drawings.
How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.
How to pack the products?
A: Our standard package is non-packed. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
How to install after the goods arriving destination?
A: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
