Product Description

 

 

(Centrifugal) Impeller - the energy of a rotating body of liquid has passed blades

 

(Centrifugal compressor) impeller - a stage for power components, which consists of blades, roulette, wheel covers and other parts of the composition; gas for energy in the flow channel.

 

(Fluid coupling) Impeller - has a working blade wheel or columns. Isolated heart of the impeller, radial impeller, axial impeller.

 

(The axial flow compressor) wheel - the assembly consisting of the rotor blade and the disc of the gate, the main portion of the rotor. It is the only axial compressor energy transfer to the gas components.

 

(Mixing equipment ) impeller - active, stirrer. No longer use impeller, stirring wheel.

 

 

Centrifugal impeller mainly in the following four kinds of forms

 

(a) Closed; (b) in the first half-open; (c) After the semi-open; (d) open

Closed impeller

 

From the front blade, rear cover components. Higher efficiency closed impeller, larger manufacturing difficulties, the most widely used in centrifugal pumps. Liquid suitable for pumping clean water, such as viscosity of the solution does not contain smaller particles.

 

Semi-open impeller

 

There are two general structure: one for the first half-open, the rear cover composition and blades, lower impeller efficiency of this structure, in order to improve efficiency to be equipped with an adjustable gap sealing ring; another way for the latter half open, from the front cover and leaf composition, since the same can be applied with closed impeller seal ring, efficiency and closed impeller is basically the same, in addition to transport liquid and leaves, but also has (or vice impeller blades back) seal. Semi-open impeller suitable for transporting liquid containing solid particles, fibers and other suspended solids. Open impeller

 

Only leaves and leaf ribs, no front wheel cover (open impeller blades fewer 2-5 slices). Low impeller efficiency, fewer applications, mainly for high viscosity liquids transportation and syrupy liquid.

Centrifugal impeller blades is generally backward curved blades. There are two kinds of cylindrical-shaped leaves and twisted, distorted leaves can reduce the load on the application of the blade, and to improve the suction performance of centrifugal pumps, improve anti-cavitation ability, but more difficult to manufacture, higher cost.

Refining and Chemical centrifugal impeller is cast or the overall requirements of the whole seam welded impeller. Welded impeller developed, multi-casting for the poor performance of metallic materials (such as iron and its alloys) with a specialty chemical manufacturing centrifugal pump. Geometric accuracy and surface finish are better than welded impeller casting impeller, help to improve the efficiency of centrifugal pumps.
