Valizin -Bake® is an antifungal food preservative produced through the controlled mixing
between natural acids by fermentation of bacteria and amino acids salts.

Valizin -Bake® is particularly effective against bacterial spores and also molds. The main

uses of Valizin -Bake® are in yeast based bakery products.
Valizin-Bake® can be introduced in the products directly in powder form with a
maxiumum dose of 0.4% on flour weight basis.
