Delivery:

• Sample order within 3-5working days;
• After receiving deposit,we can send the products within 5-15days;
• You know the bags belong to bulk cargo, we suggest shipping via sea when order quantity over 2000 pcs to save shipping cost;
• If you order MOQ 300pcs, we will choose fast express ie: DHL to your office, door to door service!

Warranty :

• one year guarantee since the date you receive the itmes.
• Any malfunctioning for gurantee items, we will freely repair or replace the items.
• While buyer only responsible for the shipping freight.

Payment term:

• We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow and cash as payment method.
• We request 100% prepayment before we ship. If your order is too big and our cargo cannot be ready within 7 business days, we request 30% deposit; the other 70% should be paid after the cargo was ready.

A: We are honored to offer you samples. It will be free if the sample total value less than 10USD. Otherwise, part of sample and full shipping cost should be paid by customer.

Q3:What’s the leading time?

A: For samples is within 3-5 working days,if quantity less than 10K is within 15-20 working days,others quantity depend on the actual order.

Q4:Can I have my logo printed on the products and packing?
